Destiny Empowerment Enterprises, Inc. (DEE Inc.) is an Arlington-based 501(c)(3) that empowers youth and families, with a special focus on young adults transitioning from foster care, to achieve stability and self-sufficiency through safe housing, education, life skills, wellness, and opportunity.

We serve the underserved by addressing not just their needs for today, but by building their foundation for a thriving tomorrow through our strategic community partnerships and responsive, relevant, programming aligned with the needs of the Arlington community.

Our flagship program, Finally Home at Rachel’s House, is an approved Supervised Independent Living residential program uniquely designed to provide a safe, supportive home where young adults ages 18-24 aging out of foster care can develop the life skills, confidence, and resources they need to successfully build their futures.
